The 6000sm Packhouse is located in Naivasha, Kenya. Design components for this project consisted of sub columns and floor made out of concrete and the steel portal frames. The project started in November 2023 and successfully completed in May 2024 and through the end to end oversight of our team

Rural Home for Mr Kadima
The 3-Bedroom rural home is in the heart of Mumias Town, Western Kenya. The structure was designed as a load bearing structure with constructability and cost efficiency in mind. Design was completed early 2023, construction began towards the end of the year and the structure was completed early 2024. Through our interactive and flexible approach during the entire project period we assisted the client complete the project successfully despite the numerous challenges due to the remoteness of the project.

High-end villas in Kiambu
This project consists of 17No Vilas in Kiambu, Kenya. We were contracted by the client to undertake a structural assessment of the houses to meet local authority requirements. A thorough desk study followed by site measurements and Non-destructive tests we were able to provide the client with a comprehensive assessment report that was submission ready.
4-Bedroom Mansionette in Muranga
This beautifully designed home is located in Muranga, Kenya. The 2-Storey House with a partial basement is designed as a load bearing structure optimized for cost efficiency without compromising functionality.

Sewer line for a land parcel in Ngong
The parcel of land owned by a real estate company needed civil infrastructure built. We were contracted to design the sewer system and this consisted of an intricate design process of sizing of pipes and developing of profiles which allowed for a cost effective laying of the sewer system
